All orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours from our distribution warehouses in China and the Netherlands. We ship worldwide.

Unclaimed Packages

If your package is returned to us due to non-collection, we will deduct the original shipping costs from your refund.

Returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unused items purchased from telesin.nl for a refund.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • We do not offer exchanges unless an item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
